University can be a difficult adjustment for some people. The stress of moving away from home, living independently, worrying about money or your academic success - these are just a few of the many worries that people experience at uni. When your friends and family are far away, it might feel like you're alone, but we can help with that!
We'll be running campaigns and other events throughout the year to help promote open conversations around mental health. This will give you a chance to meet new people, make some friends, and help support each other through any difficult times.
